Not another screen. The stack that puts SideCar into practice. The bank keeps the naira. We sit beside the successful post. Termii will not send outbound. Africa’s Talking will not give the root number; 34461 + SNIVAI is a borrowed ear only. Termii can still file the codes. The first sit does not wait on a beep.

1 · First instance — what must be on the table

These five seats start the practice. The national 5-digit is later. A GCSLC star-code is never.

  • After their book accepts (after T2): one TLS POST to us.

  • They hold 100% of the naira and of NIBSS.
  • We hold four fields, then we empty the glass ≤ 120 s.
  • ₦12 after a successful enrolled stamp. Failed post = ₦0.
  • Citizen ₦0. Sitting pot off the courier face.

CBN / NIBSS posture

  • We are not a second switch. We are not a wallet. We are not a PSP.
  • NIBSS stays 100% of NIP. Courtesy to the rail, not an order.
  • Intent is not a debit. Overlay after their post.
  • No new CBN licence for us to sit beside a licensed kitchen.

  • They do not support outbound. Do not book Path B on Termii.
  • Still apply through their desk for sender ID GALADIMAR and any inbound / VAS short-code they will file.
  • They can be the applicant without being the beep. A later licensed MT house wears the name.

  • Correct the instrument: SMS short code, not a GCSLC USSD.
  • Does not block Keystone after-T2.

  • Root / standard number: closed. Do not appeal 0803.
  • Shared 34461 + keyword SNIVAI: weapon in hand. Lab / Nokia smoke. Engine can parse it.
  • Not the national mouth. Not on Hassan’s letter. Swap the pipe later. Same attest.

2 · Parties — who sits where

Termii (aggregator) File sender ID and codes. Their letter closed outbound. Inbound still unanswered — do not treat 0703 as a seated ear. Must not carry GALADIMAR. Must not sit on Path A. Must not be told they are the payment.
Africa’s Talking Interim keyword on their shared 34461. Lab ear only. Not the national door. Not the Keystone face. Root number still closed.
NIBSS Remain 100% of the inter-bank post. Receive courtesy so the rail is not ambushed. We do not ask them to host us. We do not become a second NIBSS.
CBN See the overlay language: intent not a debit; licensed kitchen posts; we attest then flush. Not asked, on this face, to invent a new licence class for a sidecar.
NCC Allocate a 5-digit inbound SMS when the mandate is ready. Receive the instrument correction (SMS, not USSD). Not asked for a GCSLC *code#. Not asked to bless a private SIM as the national ear.
MNOs Map MO onto the allocated code; carry MT from a licensed sender. We do not become their VAS content house.

3 · What Keystone can do · what we do sitting beside them

Keystone keeps the kitchen

  • Their licence. Their customer. Their agent till.
  • Their NIP. Their reverse. Their afternoon file.
  • One nod after T2: “this post is on our book.”
  • They may stop the beep. They may unplug us.
  • They keep 100% of the naira. We take ₦12 on a successful enrolled stamp only.
GCSLC · the ticket

We sit beside — we do not go inside

  • We receive four fields. We hash. We measure. We flush.
  • Dialect cost on attest = 0.000 ms. Termii is not in that call.
  • If their kitchen is silent, the intent is a ghost. We do not complete it later from a file we kept.
  • If GALADIMAR never beeps, the tip still stands.
  • We do not warehouse dests. Glass empty in 120 s.

4 · Termii’s letter — outbound closed · codes still filed

Us → Termii → Nokia — no

Their sentence: they do not support outbound messaging. Path B cannot be Termii. GALADIMAR does not leave their SMSC.

Courtesy beep is later, on a house that actually sends MT. First sit does not wait. Attest still closes.

Citizen → them → us

This letter did not grant an ear. Do not light Sitting B on 0703 from a no-to-outbound.

Keystone after-T2 does not need the citizen to SMS us. Skip the ear on the first sit.

5 · The transaction cycle — bring it home

Read the ring clockwise. Gold is the kitchen and the switch. Cyan is our attest. The outer grey is courtesy (beep and flush). The dark red slice is a door that is shut today.
